Scope of application

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Créations Wrap Inc. for its visual customization services for casket and related products (partial wrap, half wrap, full wrap, lettering, head panels, or commemorative panels). By confirming an order, the customer unconditionally accepts these terms and conditions.

Nature of the service

The services offered are personalized and tailor-made, based on each client’s specific requests. Each project is subject to written approval of the final visual before production. No changes can be made once this approval has been given.

Prices & payment

Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may vary depending on :

• the type of service selected,

• the complexity of the visual,

• the requested deadlines,

• geographic location.

The final price will be confirmed by quote before any production.

A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of ordering. The accepted methods of payment will be specified in the communication between the parties.

Lead times

Standard production times are 5 to 7 business days, unless otherwise specified. Shorter turnaround times may be possible depending on availability and the nature of the project, at an additional cost. Créations Wrap Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., carriers, funeral homes) or in cases of force majeure.

Cancellation and refund

In accordance with Quebec’s consumer protection law, personalized services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun. Any cancellation prior to final design approval may be refunded, less any administrative or design fees incurred, if applicable.

Transportation and coordination

The coordination of casket transportation is carried out in direct collaboration with funeral homes. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer does not have to manage transportation. Créations Wrap Inc. ensures smooth and discreet coordination.

Copyright and provided content

The customer guarantees that they have the necessary rights for all content provided (photos, text, images, symbols). Créations Wrap Inc. reserves the right to refuse any request containing content that is offensive, illegal, or damaging to the company’s reputation.

Limitation of Liability

Créations Wrap Inc. is committed to providing its services with care and professionalism. However, it cannot be held liable for indirect damage, improper use, or refusal to accept the casket by a third party (e.g., funeral home).

Privacy

All information shared in connection with a project is treated as confidential. No images will be used for promotional purposes without the prior written consent of the client or family.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in Quebec and Canada. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of the judicial district of the Montreal courthouse.
